For teachers, parents, schools and regulators. UAE-first, aligned to KHDA & ADEK.
Practical, expert-reviewed special-educational-needs (SEN) support for classrooms and home learning. It helps teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, tutors and parents with evidence-informed strategies, accommodations, behaviour support, scripts, progress tracking, and guidance on when to seek further professional input.
School staff (teachers, inclusion leads, learning-support assistants, tutors) and parents/carers supporting a child at home.
You describe a classroom or home challenge in plain language (e.g. "Year 3 child with ADHD keeps leaving their seat during maths") and Nooravi returns a structured, practical support plan drawn from a curated, expert-reviewed strategy library. You can track which strategies were tried and how they worked, and generate progress reports, a one-page pupil passport, and IEP/provision evidence.
No. Nooravi never provides diagnoses or medical advice. It offers educational strategies, accommodations and signposting only. It does not replace professional assessment, and it is not a medical device.
Yes. The strategy library is reviewed and approved by a qualified SEN/inclusion specialist before it can ever be shown to a user. Unreviewed material is never served.
These are detected up front and handled with vetted, role- and jurisdiction-appropriate escalation guidance (helplines, emergency and safeguarding routes). Critical disclosures are never sent to the AI — they are routed to pre-approved safe responses.
Yes — like any assistant, it can. Nooravi is decision-support, not a decision-maker: a qualified professional's judgment always takes precedence. Responses are checked by automated guardrails that block diagnosis claims, medication advice, restraint/punishment suggestions and false guarantees.
No. Identifying details are removed before anything reaches the AI, and a child's real name is never sent to the AI at all. Named reports are assembled on our own servers from encrypted records — the AI only ever works with de-identified information.
The name is stored encrypted. When an authorised user generates a named report, the name is decrypted locally on our server and placed into the document there — it never passes through the AI. By default, records use an alias; showing the real name is an explicit, access-controlled, audit-logged action.
Inside the United Arab Emirates. In production the whole system — database, backups, logs and the AI processing — runs in the AWS UAE (Dubai) region, so data does not leave the country.
Yes — sensitive fields (real names, uploaded documents) are encrypted at rest, and all traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).
Only the record's owner and caregivers they have explicitly granted access to; a school's inclusion admin can see records within their own school. Every access to a named record is written to an immutable audit log, and access across different accounts/schools is isolated.
Yes. A full right-to-erasure is built in — it removes the account's records, encrypted names, documents, and login.
Yes — optional app-based two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available for web accounts.
No. The production AI runs on AWS Bedrock, which does not use inputs to train models. A strictest-privacy mode can run an on-device model with no external data transfer at all.
Designed for UAE data-protection expectations (PDPL): data minimisation (anonymised by default), UAE data residency, field-level encryption, access controls with audit logging, and right-to-erasure. A data-processing agreement and sub-processor list can be provided.
No. Nooravi is an educational support tool. It explicitly does not diagnose or give medical advice, and includes safeguards to keep it within that boundary.
They are generated from the structured records the school already holds (goals, strategies tried, outcomes) and the child's details, assembled locally into a watermarked document. The child's identity is never exposed to any external AI in producing them.
Nooravi is a web app, launching soon — meanwhile grab the free Starter Pack and we'll let you know the moment it opens. iOS and Android apps follow.
Yes — a free tier for trying it out, with paid plans for progress tracking, reports and multiple children/classes. Current pricing is shown on the pricing section.
Nooravi provides educational support strategies only. It does not diagnose, does not give medical advice, and does not replace professional assessment or a school's safeguarding procedures.
