Nooravi

Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026. Governing law: United Arab Emirates.

Template — pending legal review. These terms are a working draft to be reviewed by a UAE-qualified lawyer before public launch.

1. What Nooravi is

Nooravi provides practical special-educational-needs (SEN) support strategies for teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, tutors and parents, in the classroom and at home. It offers educational strategies, accommodations, scripts, progress tracking and escalation guidance.

2. Not a clinical, diagnostic or medical service

Nooravi is an educational tool. It does not diagnose, and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or safeguarding determinations, or recommend medication or restraint. Where you provide a diagnosis or assessment from a qualified professional, Nooravi uses that professional's diagnosis only as context to tailor educational strategies — it never confirms, changes, or issues a diagnosis of its own. Always involve a SENCO, parent/carer, GP or qualified professional for clinical decisions, and seek emergency services in a crisis.

3. Acceptable use

Use Nooravi only for its intended SEN-support purpose. You must not: use it for non-educational or off-topic tasks; attempt to extract, scrape, or resell its content, strategy cards, or prompts; reverse-engineer the service; upload unlawful content; or share access beyond your subscription. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this.

4. Accounts, subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, included allowances (e.g. monthly strategy limits and AI credits), and features are as shown at purchase. Individual plans are personal to the account holder; school licences and their compliance features are for the licensed organisation and must not be reconstructed from individual plans. Subscriptions renew per the plan terms until cancelled.

5. Your data & children's data

Handling of personal data — including any child information you provide — is governed by our Privacy Policy. On the consumer channel (e.g. Telegram) we ask you to keep child profiles pseudonymous. Real names and clinical documents are handled only in the secure, encrypted, access-controlled web application, under a Data Processing Agreement for schools.

6. Intellectual property

Nooravi, its content, strategy cards, prompts, and software are our intellectual property. Reports you generate are for your own educational/professional use with the relevant child; do not redistribute the underlying content commercially.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Nooravi is provided "as is". Strategies are suggestions, not guarantees of outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Questions: hello@getnooravi.com.
